Our governor did something right. (Not that he hasn't done other things right, but it seems like ages since he has). He vetoed some stupid law that the legislature passed that would allow law enforcement officials to ticket people who were actually going the correct speed. And while what the legislature was trying to combat with the law is a pain, the sorry people who hang out in the left lane impeding traffic, the new law seemed a silly way of going about it. So, way to go Jeb.

And because I am on the subject of traffic anyway. I am going to rant about motorcycle and bicyclists. I know there are plenty of them that obey the rules, but there are a lot of them that don't. They want to be treated just like any other vehicle most of the time, however, at the same time they would do stuff that cars and trucks don't, like speeding up beside a line of traffic in the emergency lane, rather than waiting in line like everyone else. It is just me, or does anyone else notice that.

Baby seems to be doing fine, wish I could day the same about mommy. Getting emotional lately over stuff that just isn't worth being upset over. I hate that. Aggravated at FIL and DH for seemingly being able to clean up after themselves, and wondering why I have to do it, and why they can't ever seem to be capable. And especially why I have to remind DH of things again and again. It shouldn't be that hard. Then I realize that soon enough I would have to be doing the same thing for an infant. So, it almosts seems like I will have three boys.

What really gets me is I have told DH that it is real important that I eat regularly. I can't go long stretches of time without eating or I start to feel really ill. So yesterday, we are coming back from a trip, and he insists that we have to find some place for breakfast (no problem there), but he insists that it has to be a certain place (hopefully, no problem) and that if we don't find such a place by noon, then we will consider someplace else (we have a problem). We had a few junk food items in the car, which I snacked a little bit, but I needed real food, healthy not potato chips or candy bars. So you guessed it, we didn't eat real food until after noon. I almost passed out in a mall last week from a similar situation. I guess I need to put my foot down a bit more, but I don't want to be a nagging wife. Instead, I let it make me sick. Uggh.
